Return , Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, customers have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us.
Oitchen Products believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal Refund & cancellation policy. Our Policy for the refund , return & cancellation will be as follows :
Refund policy – 14 day return policy.
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at https://Oitchen.com – you can return or exchange all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we’ll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.
To return your product, you should mail your product along with proof of Purchase to: OITCHEN PRODUCTS LLP, D-68,AMBA BARI, OITCHEN HOUSE, 302023 JAIPUR RJ, India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refund Policy process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy –
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order , please do so by writing to us by calling us at customer care details below. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been packaged and shipped by us, we shall cancel the order.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Oitchen Products marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Republic day , Independence day , Pongal, X-Mas , New year Eve , Holi , Raksha Bandhan , Dusshera , Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
